Our door is open.

OPENED DOORS MENTORING® (ODM)

ODM® is a holistic mentorship program that will pair you with a mentor to help you navigate life, set and achieve career goals, resolve challenging social issues, and help you with decision-making. Our mentors share their knowledge, skills and expertise with you, to support, connect and empower you to grow both personally and professionally.

OPENED DOORS MENTORING® (ODM)

We provide mentorship for everyone – young and old. Our mentoring structure addresses the limited time issues for mentors; the diverse needs of mentees; and the increasing need for intergenerational interaction.

We put detail and care into matching our mentors to ensure genuine, authentic, quality connections. Our main goal is to foster honest, intuitive connections between our mentors and mentees. ODM® specializes in one-on-one and group mentorships and we work to uniquely customize a program suited to your needs and comfort level.
